Irrigation Wet Checks-Go to “Forms & Docs” tab to get the application for having Yellowstone perform wet checks on your home’s irrigation system. We negotiated a fee of $45.00 per check, which is $10 cheaper than the fee charged by Dreamscapes. You will need to fill out the yellow sections of the form and mail it to Yellowstone. If you sign up with Yellowstone and select 12 checks (monthly wet checks) the savings is $120 per year vs. the prior supplier’s fee.

A new Bulletin Board has been added to the HOA Community Center entrance wall.  It will be used for meeting notices and for posting items of community interest.
